Tailor Vaughn

Tailor Vaughn is our founder of Vaughn Construction. He wears many hats around the office and loves connecting with new people, whether it be clients, vendors or different businesses around the community. When Tailor isn’t running the business, you can find him at home with his family. They enjoy boating, traveling and connecting with their friends and family.

Superintendent

Daniel Compian

Daniel Compian is one of our Superintendents who helps make sure the day to days are running smoothly. With over 30 years of being a master electrician, he brings a lot of value to our team when it comes to keeping things up to code. When he’s not at work, you can find Daniel relaxing with friends and family around the beautiful Texas countryside.

Project Manager

Eysaias Perez

Eysaias Perez is a Project Manager who on any given day you can find running around to various build sites and making sure all of our subs and vendors are on schedule. Eysaias is our jack of all trades with experience in framing, tile work, painting, flooring and whatever other small items are needed at our build sites. When he isn’t running to build sites, you can find him at home with his wife and their four children. He’s also an adrenaline junkie who you may see skydiving from time to time.

Project Manager

Rachel Tuttle

Rachel Tuttle is another fabulous Project Manager who has the pleasure of overseeing our build sites with our lovely clients. Whether it be communicating a change order to a vendor or doing a walk to ensure all electrical outlets are in place, Rachel is up to the task! When she’s not overseeing our builds, you can find her spending time with her husband and friends. She’s passionate about design, plants and candle making.

Selections Coordinator

Ali Moore

Ali Moore is our Selections Coordinator who oversees all of the lovely fixtures each home owner gets excited to have purchased for their home. Whether it be placing your order for exterior doors or finding the best price on plumbing fixtures, Ali will make sure these items get ordered in a timely manner and are stored away until they’re ready for install. When she’s not overseeing selections, you can find her in her Vaughn Construction built home with her wonderful husband and their bernedoodle puppy. She enjoys connecting with friends and family, traveling and exploring any and all antique shops.
